“Scene Number 62” is a Tamil thriller suspense drama movie written and directed by Adam Zamar, and produced by Venu G. Ram. The actors in the film include RajBal, Gokila Gopal, Amaldev, and Aiswarya Nandan. The five young actors patiently await their chance in the cinema world and are willing to go to any level for it. They get their chance when one director chooses them to be a part of a movie and offers them rehearsals in a distant house on hills for script reading. The actors, excited and hopeful, approach the distant house to start anew. When they arrive, they also have two other actors with them, who were selected for the same reason. The house itself is plain-looking, but the atmosphere contains something strange and threatening. Although they are not at ease, they spend the night. But when they wake up in the morning, horror grips them; they are handcuffed, hands and legs aching and bruised. Windows and doors are being locked from outside, and outside is completely cut off from them. Fear and terror grip them when the group cannot understand their situation. To add insult to injury, a strange deadly gas starts leaking into the house from time to time, weakening them and deranging their minds. With no way out and no information on the individual behind this deadly ambush, they have to fight for survival. As it all becomes increasingly intimate, the group starts to feel that something bigger than a drill is going on here; something evil is brewing. They are pawns in some horrific experiment, or some sadistic game by some authority beyond their comprehension. Why are they being picked out? And can they ever break free? With suspenseful suspense, shocking surprise, and a gripping plot, “Scene Number 62” keeps the viewer on the edge of his seat. The movie is a mix of psychological horror and thriller, and thus it is a must-see for fans of thrillers.
