Shaheed is an Emotional-Patriotic Musical-Romantic Thriller Family Drama Film crafted with excellence by Ramesh Saigal. The Story setbacks at the time of British Rule in India- where a young freedom fighter Ram (played by Dilip Kumar) faces opposition from his father Raibahadur Dwarakadas (played by Chandra Mohan)- for the sake of his rebel nature against the government-, as well as an ambitious police officer Vinod (played by Ram Singh), stands in his way for his love Sheila (played by Kamini Kaushal) and creates circumstances, leading to consequences.
