Shobha (1954)

Shobha is an Emotional-Romantic Musical-Thriller Family Tragedy Drama Film crafted with excellence by Niren Lahiri. The Story revolves around the life of Shobha- A Sweet and kind girl who gets married to Damodar- A drug addict man living his poor lifestyle with his widowed sister- Lalana and his siblings in a small house and struggles to earn money and spent it on his drugs. However, Shobha tries to earn money for the family, and Anand- A Kind Man helps her and fell in love with her- but Damodar falls in love with a Beautiful girl Champa and left his house, leading to consequences.
