On 15th August, six Indian citizens decide to participate in the independence day parade with great enthusiasm. Thus they all dress up as famous Indian personalities and freedom fighters such as Nehru, Gandhi, Subhash Chandra Bose, Tilak, Jahnsi Ki Rani and the lesser known Babu Genu who was a martyr. They all dress up and come at a mill from where the parade is said to commence from. However, as the time passes by, the parade has been delayed for some reason.
All the 6 people who come from various professions like teacher, lawyer, businessman, etc get together and discuss their lives. Things get out of hand when one thing leads to another and end up discussing their personal fears and anxieties. It is easy to see how money and political power has ruined the actual meaning of freedom in the lives of ordinary Indians. Meanwhile they now come to know that the parade has been sponsored by an underworld don.
The movie is directed by Vijay Ghantge and produced by Vijay Ghantge. The music is composed by Taufiq Qureshi and the cinematography is done by Alok Upadhyay.
