"Siragan" is a 2024 Tamil thriller crime movie written and directed by Venkateshwaraj. The movie is produced under Mad Film Production by Durka Patric with Gajaraj, Jeeva Ravi, and Vinoth GD in the lead roles.
The story is steeped in an urban backdrop that is full of activity, in which the son of the MLA goes missing in suspicious circumstances. The investigation takes a dramatic turn when the MLA (Jeeva Ravi) is found dead, killed under mysterious circumstances. Panic sets in when the police begin a serious investigation, but things get more complicated when junior lawyer Chanu is also found dead.
Suspicion then settles on Gajaraj, an illustrious attorney, whose motive with the victims appears dodgy. But "Sub-Inspector Vinod" (Vinoth GD) is not someone to make hasty conclusions. As he digs deep into the case, he reveals secrets buried deep below, old grudges, and a wicked conspiracy much deeper than anyone could ever have imagined.
In the course of investigating the real killer, Vinod is haunted by his sister's troubled past, and the case becomes personal. His investigation to uncover the murders goes against his own issues, and he must fight crime as well as his own demons.
Also, the inner turmoil and desire for revenge of Gajaraj are established as it is discovered that his daughter has been put into a coma due to some past incident. His anger and resolve turn him into a force of brutal rage in the following mystery.
As the pieces of the puzzle fall into place step by step, "Siragan" unfolds a compelling tale of betrayal, revenge, and justice. As the story unfolds with each page turn, the audience remains in suspense, as the film races towards a mind-bending climax that unveils the true mastermind behind the killings.
