Ta Ra Rum Pum (2007)

Rajveer, played by Saif Ali Khan aspires to make it big and be a race car driver. His dreams come true when Harry, played by Javed Jaffrey spots him and makes him join the Speeding Saddles team. He wins every race he participates in and becomes famous and wealthy and transforms into RV. He then falls in love with Radhika, played by Rani Mukerjee but her father doesn’t approve of RV due to his lack of education and any degree. She however marries RV against her father’s wishes. They then have two children Priya and Ranveer and life seems beautiful. But fate has other plans when RV has a bad accident during his 51st race and gets badly injured. He is hospitalized for months. When RV return back to racing, the ghosts of his last accident haunt him and fear grips him. He is unable to race fast and loses every race. He is fired from the team and the family goes backrupt. They move into a smaller apartment and struggle with every little thing, until one day things get worse and their son Ranveer accidentally swallows glass pieces when eating from a dustbin and is rushed to the hospital. To pay the hospital bill Rajveer decides to race. As luck would have it, he wins the race. The movie is directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Aditya Chopra. The music is composed by Vishal-Shekhar.
