Talaq (1958)

Talaq is an Emotional-Romantic Musical Thriller Family Drama Film crafted with excellence by Mahesh Kaul. The Story revolves around the life of Indu (played by Kamini Kadam)- A Sweet and kind-girl living with her widowed father- Moolchand (played by Radhakrishan). Ravi (played by Rajendra Kumar)- A Kind-Hearted man stays at their house as a Tenant and Indu works in School for the sake of Money. However, they fell in love and agrees to marry each other and gave birth to a Baby Boy and she quits her job. Things get complicated- when Moolchand lost Ravi money in Gambling and Indu started working again, leading Ravi in rage and wants her to give divorce, leading to consequences.
