Tarzan And Circus is an Action-Crime Thriller Fantasy Drama Film crafted with excellence by Shiv Kumar. The Story revolves around the life of Tarzan - A Fearless and Brave man raised by the Wild Animals and brought to the city by Malti- the daughter of the ringmaster of the circus and she hopes to become a Ring Master as her Father.
