This movie is based on the mysterious sinking of PNS Ghazi during Indo-Pak war of 1971. It stars Rana Daggubati ,Taapsee Pannu, Atul Kulkarni and K.K.Menon in important roles. It was released worldwide on the 17th of February 2017 and had positive reviews. The film was made in Telugu and Hindi and later on in Tamil and won the best feature film in Telugu at the 65th national film awards. The movie is directed by Sankalp Reddy and produced by PVC cinema and matinee entertainment and was distributed by Dharma Productions. The film started shooting on 3rd January 2016 and took about a year and half to complete. The story is about an executive Naval Officer of the Indian Submarine and his team who remained underwater for 18 days. The courage and patriotism of the men aboard did a fabulous job and destroyed the submarine PNS Ghazi.
