"Tik Tik Tik" is a crime thriller film directed by Bharathiraja directional from 1981 featuring Kamal Haasan, Madhavi, Radha and Swapna. The film revolves around Dilip, a photographer who becomes inextricably linked to a trio of supermodels on an international tour. When the other models are sent abroad begin showing up dead, repeating the cycle of disappearances, and the looks turn to Dilip.

Sherley returns to Madras after a modelling stint abroad, where she is drugged and operated upon by a modelling agency. Her dead body is found. Dileep, a photographer working for a newspaper, becomes involved with Radha and Swapna and becomes the main suspect in a murder investigation. He becomes involved with Radha and is on the run from the police. Radha, who considered Dileep her brother, helps him stay in her apartment. The next morning, Dileep finds Radha's bloody body in the tank, and people mistake him for Radha. He is once again on the run from police for the murders.

Dileep investigates the murders and discovers that the only thing the two girls had in common was their modelling agency. He secretly meets Sharadha and finds a small incision on her body, which she doesn't remember how she got. She also finds it strange that she was unconscious for a few hours during the shoot, but cannot remember what happened. Oberoi, a rich industrialist, has a nefarious business through his modelling agency, drugging models during photo shoots, operating them, and smuggling diamonds into India using their bodies. When the models return to India, they drug the models and kill the girl. Dileep gets captured by Oberoi's goons, but with the help of his editor and girlfriend, he uncovers the truth. Oberoi, an obsessive diamond collector, eats his diamonds instead of getting caught and commits suicide.

"Tik Tik Tik" is an engaging crime thriller from 1981 that immerses the audience in a mystical atmosphere filled with suspense and intrigue.
