Aamir Khan Opens About His Upcoming Film Sitaare Zameer Par

Fans of Aamir Khan are eagerly awaiting the release of his upcoming film Sitaare Zameen Par. The name sounds like it’s a sequel to his blockbuster film Taare Zameen Par, but the producer actor Aamir said the film is completely different.

Recently at a fan club the actor spilt the beans on the character he plays in the film and that it's almost ready. Though it is the sequel of his earlier film Taare Zameen Par, Sitaare Zameen Par is going to be ten steps forward as it's about the people who are differently abled. The film is about love, friendship and life. Aamir Khan went on to say Taare Zameen Par made you cry but the film Sitaare Zameen Par will make you laugh. It’s a film mixed with emotions and comedy but the theme selected is perfect for both.

Aamir Khan Transforms from Sensitive Mentor to Flawed Coach

From playing the character of Nikumbh Sir who is a very sensitive person in Taare Zameen Par, in Sitaare Zameen Par he plays Gulshan, a politically incorrect person who is not sensitive at all and insults everybody. He plays a harsh role who fighting with his wife, mother. A basketball coach in the film, he beats up his senior coach and that is because he basically has a lot of internal problems that he is not able to deal with. The story is how Gulshan, essayed by Aamir Khan changes and how the people he is associated with teach him to be a good human being.

Aamir Khan revealed the film is a remake of the Spanish Film ‘Champions’ and was initially announced in October 2023. Actor Darsheel Safary will star again alongside of Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh will be in a pivotal role as well.
