Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan to direct a play

Like father like daughter, Ira Khan is all set to make her directorial debut with a play called ‘Medea’, based on the legend of Jason and Medea. The daughter of one of the most versatile and successful superstars of Bollywood, Aamir Khan, Ira has taken a rather different route of theatre.

 

Aamir Khan’s son Junaid has also been involved with a stage play titled ‘Mother Courage and Her Children’ in 2017. The rumours of Ira making her acting debut have, however, been all false as the young director says, “I have never considered acting, just want to find a good story to tell”. The play ‘Medea’ will be out in December and staged across the country.
