Actress Sarika To Join The Cast Of ‘Respect’

Kishor Belekar’s directorial Marathi film ‘Respect’ will have veteran National Award winning actress Sarika, play a rape survivor. Her father being from Konkan, the actress can speak Marathi very well and is an exceptional choice for this role, which requires a strong personality like hers, said the director.

 

The movie ‘Respect’ is based primarily on women empowerment and issues such as homosexuality, racism, etc. was scheduled to release much earlier but was pushed further due to the ailing health of the film producer. The film will now hit cinemas theatres this year by October.
