Sweta Herself Told The Whole Incident

Actress Sweta Bhattacharya's mother did something that no one should do. The actress opened up about this in a Facebook live. She warned everyone. What exactly happened? Shweta said that the previous Friday, her mother received a call from an unknown number. He asked her to update KYC. He asked her to come to the bank the next day. After that, the call was disconnected. Then, after a while, the fraudster called her mother again. He said, 'Banks are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We will update your KYC over the phone.'

A Video Call From Sweta's Mother Increased The Danger

Sweta's mother thought everything was true due to the fraudster's behavior. She thought it would be easy. So she agreed to a video call as the scammers asked. After Sweta's mother picked up the phone, the scammer said, "Look, there are three dots at the bottom of WhatsApp. Click on them." After clicking there, they asked her to click on screen share. Mother did not understand and kept doing everything the fraudster said.

This Is How The Bank Account Is Empty Now

After that, Sweta's mother shared the screen, and unfortunately, all the money was taken from her account. Only 22 rupees were left now. The fraudster also asked for Shweta's father's ATM card number. But somehow, no one was able to take that money.
