Akshay Kumar's 'Andaaz' Sequel Coming After 22 Years, Film Trailer Released, Three New Stars Seen

Producer Sunil Darshan made a film named 'Andaaz' in the year 2003 with Akshay Kumar, Priyanka Chopra and Lara Dutta. The film was a hit at the box office.

Now after 22 years, Sunil Darshan is bringing its sequel named 'Andaaz 2'. The trailer of 'Andaaz 2' has been released.

A Musical Extravaganza

The makers have released the trailer of the film on 28 July. While in the first part Sunil Darshan had cast a big star like Akshay Kumar, this time he has taken a new hero named Ayush Kumar in the film.  Along with Aayush, ‘Andaaz 2’ also stars Akaisha and Natasha Fernandez. All three are new to films.

Just like the story of ‘Andaaz’ revolved around three people, the same is going to happen in ‘Andaaz 2’. The trailer of ‘Andaaz 2’ shows that Aayush is playing the character of a boy who wants to become a singer, a music company also signs his band, but after that his life gets caught in the dilemma of love, dreams and passion.

Along with producing ‘Andaaz 2’, Sunil Darshan has also directed it. However, the trailer is quite light. It does not seem that it is a sequel to the 2003 film ‘Andaaz’. The trailer seems like a low quality film.

How much did ‘Andaaz’ earn

‘Andaaz’ received a lot of love from the people.  According to Box Office India, the makers had spent 9 crore 25 lakh rupees in making the film. The film had earned more than 15 crore rupees in India itself. The film had collected more than 28 crores from all over the world. 

Now it has to be seen how 'Andaaz 2' performs at the box office. 'Andaaz 2' is going to be released on 8 August.
