Anupam Kher Visits Amritsar’s Golden Temple On Guru Nanak Jayanti.

On the 556th birth anniversary of Guru Nanan Dev, veteran actor visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar to pay his respects to the founder Guru of Sikhism.

Anupam Kher posted a video of himself offering prayers at Amritsar Golden Temple on his social media platform . He also congratulated to all on the grand occasion of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s birth anniversary.

On the occasion of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s birth anniversary, the veteran actor Anupam Kher took to his Instagram handle to share the videos and his pictures clicked at the Golden temple at Amritsar. The 70-year-old actor captioned his pictures as , ‘ Happy Guru Nanak Dev Jayanti to All’ .

Guru Nanak Jayanti is celebrated mainly by the Sikh community . Sikhism was founded in the 15th century and the birth anniversary of the founder of Sikhism is marked with prayers, procession and community meal called the Langar that is served at all gurudwaras and at the golden temple of Amritsar.

Lot of our film actors follow Sikhism or are the followers of Guru Nanak Dev Ji and few of them celebrated the 556th birth anniversary and offered their respects and prayers.
