Bipasha Basu Prepares To Launch Self-defence Centres

Bipasha Basu will be starting her self-defence centres in Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai. The ‘Alone’ actress is busy with the final preparations to start the centres by the end of this year. The place will be training women in Karate and mixed martial arts and the actress herself will have a special session for the students at the end of each completed course.

 

Known to be a fitness freak, the Jism actress revealed that todays working women need to be fit as well as know basic self-defence techniques that can save their lives in sticky situations.
