Chinmay Mandlekar starrer historical film ‘Sher Shivraj’ to release this April

Marathi filmmaker Digpal Lanjekar’s  most awaited period drama Sher Shivraj has finally got a release date. Lead actor Chinmay Mandlekar announced the same with a short teaser video of the film on his social media page on the auspicious occasion of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti. He captioned the post, “आदिलशाहीच्या जुलमी वरवंट्याखाली जेव्हा महाराष्ट्र भरडला, अन्याय निवारण्यासाठी तेव्हा कणाकणांतून बाहेर पडला सहस्त्र हातांचा अजस्त्र नरसिंह....

Sher Shiraj will give us the detailed account of the unique war and tactics used by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The film will also showcase different aspects of the brave Maratha warrior and the assassination of Afzal Khan. The film’s shoot was recently completed and sharing a picture of his team director Digpal wrote, “ई भवानी, जिजाऊ आईसाहेब आणि छत्रपती शिवरायांच्या आशीर्वादाने...” Sher Shivraj will hit cinema halls on 22nd April 2022.
