Chinmay Mandlekar’s First Intense Look From ‘Sher Shivraj’ Unveiled

Lead actor Chinmay Mandlekar is about to take on a role of a lifetime in the upcoming period drama Sher Shivraj. The actor will be seen as the great Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The Pawankhind actor looks intense with Shivaji’s traditional turban and a heavy beard. The actor took to his social media page to share his first look as the Maratha warrior and wrote, “जावळीच्या जंगलाचा राजा एकच... तो म्हणजे, सह्याद्रीचा वाघ 'छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज'!” 

 

Sher Shivraj will focus not only on the assassination of Afzal Khan but Shivaji’s unique war tactics. It will bring out various aspects of the warrior’s personality. Recently a teaser of the film was released by the makers and it really piqued the curiosity of fans. The film is all set to hit cinema halls on 22nd April 2022.
