Deepika Padukone to share screen space with Vicky Kaushal?

There was a time when actor Vicky Kaushal was not a known name and filmmakers as well as actresses weren’t ready to work with him. Same is the case with actress Deepika Padukone who refused to be his leading lady in Padmaavat. Then, Raazi and URI: The Surgical Strike happened and the actor proved his mettle beyond doubts. Looks like the tables have now turned and filmmaker Karan Johar might be soon pairing the two actors together in his next.
 

As per reports, the yet to be titled film will be based on the marital issues of two couples. While the Bajirao Mastani actress is finalized as one lead, her leading man could be Vicky or Siddhanth Chaturvedi of Gully Boy fame. Either way it’ll be a fresh pair the audience will see on screen. The film will be directed by Shakun Batra and produced by Karan Johar.
