When Popular Television actor Dheeraj Dhoopar signed in as the lead in the show Kundali Bhagya 5 years ago, the show saw great success and high trp ratings. The actor has however stepped down now as the lead Karan Luthra to embrace fatherhood. He has had a fruitful association with the channel and show so far and fans will surely miss him. 

Well known TV actor Shakti Arora has been brought on board as the new lead. He will be seen on the small screen after nearly 3 years. Weather he will play the role of Karan Luthra or take on a new role is not clear. Shakti is known for his role in the previous show Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi. He was last seen in the TV show Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka, which ended in 2019. Makers are now working on the storyline to fit in Shakti into the show. Watch this space for more updates on the same.
