Director Jagan Shakti In Critical Condition

Mission Mangal director Jagan Shakti has been diagnosed with a blood clot in the brain. The director was meeting some friends when he suddenly collapsed and was admitted to the hospital on January 25th. The director has previously assisted R. Balki in several of his movies. He was in talks with Akshay Kumar for a film titled Ikka, which will be a Hindi remake of the Tamil hit Kaththi. No details were finalized yet.

Jagan Shakti’s last film Mission Mangal did exceptionally well at the box office and had an ensemble cast that includes Vidya Balan, Akshay Kumar, Tapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari, Sharman Joshi, Nithya Menen and Sonakshi Sinha.
