The war drama is slated for its release across defence theatres in the country through the Picture Time expanding to mobile cinema network.
The film will be released globally on the 21st November 2025 and will roll out to bring it on to big screen entertainment straight to the people who are serving at the toughest points.
120 Bahadur makes history with 800 defence cinema halls
800 defene cinema halls have been lined up for the screening of the film across India. 120 Bahadur which will mark its first film to theatres mostly catering to soldiers who are stationed remotely and to their families where they otherwise have no access to the regular movies . The company who thought of this , says the idea is simple. The motive is to reach out to viewers instead of the other way around.
Sushil Choudhary, the Founder and CEO of Picture time said there are 1.5 million active soldiers in our country and over six million viewers . But only 30% of India’s strong 20 million veteran and their families have access to defence cinemas. The aim is to expand eco-system to expand to reach out to the underserved 70% , starting with 120 Bahadur , a film that the soldiers will resonate to the forces.
Vishal Ramchandani, the CEO of Excel Entertainment said the team is humbled that the movie is going to be watched by the very people it aims to honor and in whose honor the film is being made. The courage and the sacrifice that our armed forces have lent , it is a privileged that these soldiers whose spirit is celebrated through the film will be actually watching it with their families.
In collaboration with Picture Time who have felicitated the screening for those who serve the nation. It was only with the support of Picture Time that made it a large scale to reach out to the right audience that it aims for.

120 Bahadur is a film that is based on the Battle of Rezang La one of the most remembered chapters in Indian Military History. The cast include
Farhan Akhtar alongside Raashii Khanna, Sparsh Walia, Vivan Bhatena, Dhanveer Singh, Digvijay Pratap, Sahib Verma , Ankit Siwach and few seniors like Ajinkya Deo and Eijaz Khan who will feature in key roles.
120 Bahadur is directed by Razneesh Ghai, and is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar and Amit Chandra.
