The film industry is currently going through a tough time, as various films, in spite of having big names and humongous budgets, aren't performing quite well at the box office. Gajraj Rao has come forward to address the possible reasons behind it.
Gajraj's Take On 'Ticket Pricing'
In a conversation with ANI, Gajraj said, 'Thanks to the digital revolution and the OTT platforms, stories and the films from all around the world that we saw at the film festivals or in the DVD libraries can be watched easily at home. It is a big reason why people have so many options. Earlier, the audiences had limited options.
If we want audiences back in the cinema halls, ticket prices must change significantly. Cinema hall owners should cut down on the luxuries and food options. Ticket prices should become affordable. If the prices decrease, middle-class families can watch films conveniently. This won’t put a burden on their budget.'

Gajraj's Opinion About 'Filmmakers'
When asked about filmmakers and their content, Gajraj Rao said, ‘I believe that we are too quick to blame the filmmakers for not creating good films. But even in the 50s, 70s and 80s, the industry had created some good films. Good and bad cinema have always existed. Kesari 2 is a prime example of good cinema. For instance, Kesari Chapter 2 is a phenomenal example of a good story.
