‘Hajari’ To Be Based On BMC’s Rat Killers

Recently seen in the Marathi movie Judgement, actors Mangesh Desai and Tejashree Pradhan will be seen together again in the movie Hajari, which will be based on BMC’s rat killers. The Kishore Belekar directorial will be a dark comedy. The director apparently met a night rat killer Avinash Jadhav, who killed over 100 rats in one night and was paid Rs 30 per rat. His married life was in a mess due to the nature of his job.

 

The lead pair Mangesh and Tejashree, played father and daughter in their last movie and the actress considers him a brother. So now it will be quite tricky for the duo to play a married couple in Hajari.
