Huma Qureshi's 'Tarla' To Release On ZEE5.

Theatres have become difficult for women-centric films. Such films are being released on OTT for a long time. Now one more name has been added to this list. We are talking about Huma Qureshi's biopic film 'Tarla'. New information has emerged regarding the release of this film based on the life of famous chef Tarla Dalal and starring Huma Qureshi. This film will not be released in theaters, but on OTT.

Ronnie Screwvala, Ashwini Iyer Tiwari and Nitesh Tiwari are producing this film directed by Piyush Gupta. According to the information revealed, this film will be released on the OTT platform Zee5. However, the release date of the film is yet to be awaited.

In this film, Huma will be seen playing the character of Chef Tarla Dalal. Huma has completed the shooting of this biopic. Tarla Dalal was a food writer and specialist in Gujarati food. She also hosted shows like The Tarla Dalal Show and Cook It Up With Tarla. Chef Tarla Dalal was awarded the Padma Shri in 2007 by the Government of India.

Talking about Huma's work front, apart from 'Tarla', she will also be seen in 'Pooja Meri Jaan'. Huma will play an important role in this film releasing this year. Sunny Singh and Sonali Sehgal will be in the lead roles in this film. Prior to this, Huma was seen in 'Monica O My Darling' opposite Rajkummar Rao and 'Double Excel' opposite Sonakshi Sinha.
