The upcoming Television show ‘Parineetii’ by Ekta Kapoor has grabbed everyone’s attention. The show tells the complicated tale of two best friends who unfortunately end up marrying the same boy. The show is all set to go on floors on 14th February and will star Anchal Sahu, Tanvi Dogra and Ankur Verma in the lead. The latest buzz is that Gujarati actor Vishal Solanki has been roped in to play a negative role in the show.

Speaking of the exciting opportunity Vishal said, “coming from the Gujarati Industry, I always wanted to be a part of the GEC shows. I had been giving auditions for a while but all I received earlier was rejection. So when I got a call from Balaji for Parineetii, I was quite surprised and there was no way I was letting the opportunity go. I wanted to explore the negative shade for a while as in Gujarati shows and films I have always played those positive, goody-goody characters so this is surely a fresh start for me. From Laxmi Sadaiv Mangalam to Parineetii, the journey is inexplainable in words.”

Speaking about his character Solanki added, “The character isn't just negative but has too many layers to explore. I just wish that the viewers hate my onscreen character and appreciate my performance. Their responses would actually guide me to the correct track and how well can work with my character.”
