The actor believes the future belongs to the youth and that they have to step in, to shoulder the responsibility of taking forward his vision of a greener environment through his initiative Mitti Ki Awaaz. Hence, he has been actively involving the youth and that the planet must be shaped with them. Jackie Shroff also emphasized on the cleanliness drive and that it’s our duty to clean up our mess.  He went on to emphasize that today’s generation should be aware of the kind of destruction that is being left behind.  Mitti Ki Awaaz will raise an initiative with voices of today by not just speaking to them but also getting them hands-on actively along with the actor. 

The first edition of Mitti Ki Awaaz is being hosted at PP. Savani University in Surat where the committee has planned 3 days with the University’s annual college festival. The platform which will also be dedicated to the environmental dialogues and the action that needs to be taken.  The annual college festival will bring the blend of awareness through culture to this thought-provoking discussion with a social lens, comedy and a concert where by they will invite the collective energy to transform this vision to a thoughtful cause. 

Mitti Ki Awaaz 

Mitti Ki Awaaz aims to reflect the message and pass it across to multiple examples, of eco-friendly and low waste measures that are being taken into planning. The event will see student collaborate, volunteer and be active participants to help the cause shape its motive.  The event organisers are also joining hands with full support through planting of saplings, plantation drives and ensuring that this dialogue transforms into a significant change that it is aimed at for the youth and by the youth.
