Kangana Ranaut took hormone pills to look more like former CM Jayalalitha in Thalaivi

Known to be one of the most versatile and talented actresses of Bollywood today who can hold her own amongst any big names, Kangana Ranaut has always given her 100 % for any film that she signs up. She proved that right in her latest upcoming Bollywood movie ‘Thalaivi as well. Even though a lot of prosthetics were used to make the actress look more like the ex Tamil Nadu CM, she had to also put on weight, to get more rounded thighs and belly. The actress thus took hormone pills to put on 6 kgs during the making. This was of course done under medical supervision and also a lot of heavy food eating was involved.

 

Thalaivi will be one of kind movie for Kangana, where her her overall look will be completely changed unlike her other movies. The film is directed by Vijay and will be released in Hindi, Tamil as well as Telugu. The movie will hit the big screens on 26th June 2020.
