Comedian and actor Kapil Sharma faces heightened security cover after an incident at his café in Canada. Senior officials of the Mumbai Police have confirmed the looming threat and the boost in security measures for Kapil Sharma. The Canada-based café of Kapil Sharma has witnessed two gunfire incidents in the last month, amidst constant threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The Goldy Dhillon and Lawrence Bishnoi gangs have claimed responsibility for the incidents over social media, openly challenging law enforcement.


Gangster Boxer Issues Chilling Warning


A gangster named Boxer from Rajasthan issued a chilling warning over the firing incident, citing Kapil Sharma’s close links with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan as the main reason for the attack. 'If anyone works with Salman whether a small-time actor or a small-time director  we will not spare them. We will kill them. We will go to any extent necessary to kill them,' he said.

The third season of The Kapil Sharma Show was recently launched on Netflix with superstar Salman Khan. Due to this episode, Kapil Sharma came under the radar of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. On August 7, 7–8 rounds were fired at Kap’s café in Canada, but no one was harmed.
