Kartik Aaryan Wanted Janhvi Kapoor Replaced In Dostana 2

Karan Johar’s upcoming rom-com Dostana 2 has been brewing controversy since a couple of months. Ever since the leading man Kartik Aaryan was ousted from the film, new info about the movie is coming to the fore. As per the latest,  the Pati Patni Aur Woh actor wanted the leading actress Janhvi Kapoor removed and replaced in the film. He apparently personally went to director Collin D’Cunha and toldhim to scrap the film completely and make something else. When that didn’t work, he asked to remove the Dhadak actress if he was to be part of the film. He was even ready to compromise on his fee for that. However Johar wouldn’t hear of it and removed the root of the problem itself, which is Kartik. 

 

The whole issue started when there was a fallout between Kartik and Janhvi. The two were previously spotted together at Manish Malhotra’s part and even went to Goa together. But soon they broke up for reasons known only to them. Kartik meanwhile will soon be seen in Dhamaka while Janhvi in Good Luck Jerry.
