Katrina Kaif Joins Akshay Kumar In ‘Sooryavanshi’

The Rohit Shetty directed ‘Sooryavanshi’ which was announced at the beginning of this year, has finally found its leading lady. Katrina Kaif will join the cast of the movie playing the female lead opposite Akshay Kumar. The movie is produced by Karan Johar and will be Katrina’s first time working with the duo Rohit and Karan.

 

The Ae Dil Hai Mushkil director and Zero actress took to Twitter and Instagram respectively to make their respective announcements on Sooryavanshi. The movie is most likely to release on Eid 2020. Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty have previously collaborated on the Ranveer Singh starrer hit, Simmba.
