Plot Overview

The story proceeds in a way wherein Sankaran Nair (Akshay Kumar), a senior member of the Viceroy's council who bravely fought for justice, stood firmly as a representative of the country. Also, the performances by Ananya Panday and R. Madhavan give the audience a subtle representation of the actual aftermath of the Jalianwala Bagh Massacre. The film's climax isn't predictable at all, whereas the writing has been brilliant, followed by the direction helmed by Karan Singh Tyagi.
