Actor Nitanshi Goel who stole the limelight with her performance in the film Laapataa Ladies. She won the Best Debut Actress Award at the 70th Filmfare Awards Night held in Ahmedabad this month.

A viral moment where all eyes were on the young debut actress , the actress tripped on the staircase to the stage and was dramatically rescued by none other than the King Khan himself, the king of romance Shah Rukh Khan who was hosting the award night. Shah Rukh Khan held her hand to prevent her from tripping on the stairs and escorted her.

It was not only a great moment for Nitanshi as she expressed how winning the award itself was a such a special moment in her life but also that she was overwhelmed by the chivalry of Shah Rukh Khan Sir , that made the whole experience very different and special.

Nitanshi Goel also was gushing with delight at receiving her first award at the hands of your idols Shah Rukh khan, Akshay Kumar and Karan Johar. It was a dream come true and a very special moment in her heart said the actress. She said girls all over the world must be dreaming of such a moment but being held by Shah Rukh Khan Sir and saving her from a bad fall, it is a memory she will carry within her forever . She was touched a great superstar the legendary actor himself Shah Rukh Khan was so humble to hold her trail while she walked on the stage to receive her award. She said there are no words to express.

Several followers were quick to compare her tripping incident to Hollywood actress Jennifer Lawrence’s tripping moment on the stage in 2013. Some said , it was almost a Jenniefer Lawrence fall while some said it’s the good luck for her career that is about to begin.

A few years back in 2013 Academy Awards night, Jennifer Lawrence had a similar experience when she tripped in a huge gown while going up the stage to receive her Best Actress Award for her role in Silver Linings Playbook.

Nitanshi is said to have said she had forgotten her stylist’s instructions of Kick walking to avoid any mishaps while wearing a gown and instead thought of cake walking which was on her mind!!
