Popular Television Show Sanjivani To Get A Reboot

The TV show Sanjivani was India’s take on Grey’s anatomy, well almost. The medical drama show premiered in 2002 and was a huge success with over 167 episodes. Now the show will get a reboot with a fresh young cast that includes Namit Khanna from Yeh Pyaar Nahin Toh Kya Hai and actress Surbhi Chandna last seen in Ishqbaaaz.
The original cast of Mohnish Bahl as Dr. Shashank Gupta and Gurdeep Kohli as Dr. Juhi Singh will also return in the reboot show. The show’s set and writing will be different from the original says the show’s creator and producer Siddharth P Malhotra and will go on air by July-end.
