YouTuber-turned-actress Prajakta Koli has cancelled her much-awaited Nepal trip following the rising violence and unrest in the country.

Disturbed by the visuals and reports emerging from Nepal, Prajakta admitted she was deeply heartbroken by the turmoil and extended her support to the affected families.

Veteran actress Manisha Koirala, who hails from Nepal, also condemned the violent crackdown. Sharing a disturbing image of a blood-stained shoe on social media, Manisha called the day a ‘Black Day’ for Nepal. She posted in Nepali, stating, ‘When bullets respond to the voice of the people, outrage against corruption and demand for justice, it is truly a black day.’
