Rahul’s Take On Criticism In Bollywood
In a formal conversation with ANI, the actor has reflected on the criticism of the Bollywood industry for highlighting left-wing ideologies in its film narratives. The actor said, ‘In my 32 years, nobody’s ever talked to me about the left-wing ideology, never for that matter, any ideology. I can tell you this. Everybody is there. You can just sort things out. It’s not even an issue. I’ve never been asked what my ideology is. Never, ever.’
Also, the actor said that the filmmakers are focusing more on finding the truth in the scenes, he added, ‘It’s always about how do we find the truth in the scene. It’s always about how we can make the scene better. Always. Even with the director. Never have I discussed political ideology in 32 years.’
