Rishi Kapoor Shares Fond Memories Of His Father Raj Kapoor On His Birthday

On the showman’s birthday today, Rishi Kapoor shares an iconic picture of his father Raj Kapoor from his movie Mera Naam Joker on his social media account. He captioned the picture simply, “Happy Birthday Dad! We shall always remember you…love!” Interestingly the film also marked the Bollywood debut of the Mulk actor as a child. The film also starrer Simi Garewal and Padmini in lead roles.

 

Raj Kapoor is also known to be the king of romance with his films like Awaara, Andaz, Shree 420 and many more. He has also made critically acclaimed movies like Prem Rog, Ram Teri Ganga Maili and Satyam Shivam Sundaram and many more. On the work front Rishi Kapoor is seen in the Emraan Hashmi starrer The Body where he will be playing the role of a police inspector.
