Saif Ali Khan Faces Setback In ₹1500 Crore Bhopal Property Dispute

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has got a big setback in the case of ancestral property in Bhopal. The High Court has overturned the 25-year-old decision and now the case will be heard afresh in the trial court.

This property-related case is very old and it has been canceled after the appeal of the heirs of Nawab Hamidullah Khan.

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has got a big setback from the Madhya Pradesh High Court. The HC decision has come on the appeal of the heirs of Nawab Hamidullah Khan, which does not seem to be in favor of Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan. This may increase his problems in the future. This case related to ancestral property is very old and the Bhopal trial court had given its verdict on it 25 years ago. Now this decision has been canceled after the appeal of the heirs of Nawab Hamidullah Khan. The matter is concerned to property of 1500 crore in Bhopal. The Madhya Pradesh High Court has now gave its judgement in the dispute related to this ancestral property of Saif Ali Khan. 

A setback for Saif Ali Khan

According to the court, the 25-year-old decision of the Bhopal trial court has been canceled. For this, the court has given one year's time. So that other heirs can also get justice as soon as possible. This property belonged to Sajida Sultan, daughter of Nawab's elder Begum, who was the great-grandmother of Saif Ali Khan. But the rest of the heirs have raised the demand for division of property according to Muslim Personal Law and have requested to do it with complete transparency. This case is about property worth billions which includes thousands of acres of land and Ahmedabad Palace. After this decision of the High Court, the challenges of Saif's family in the court have increased for the coming one year. Now it will be interesting to see what the court hears in this.
