Bollywood’s iconic star Salman Khan’s home
at Galaxy Apartments in Bandra, Mumbai, experienced two unsettling security
violations within just two days, bringing the adequacy of his residence’s
protection into question.
Incident One: Woman Apprehended for Trespassing, Claims
Salman Invited Her
On the early morning of May 21, 2025,
Mumbai Police detained 36-year-old model Isha Chabria from Khar when she tried
to enter Salman Khan’s apartment without permission at around 3 a.m. Isha
stated that she had crossed paths with Salman Khan at a party six months ago
and that salman had personally invited
her to visit. She also asserted that someone from Salman’s family had opened
the door to let her in. Nevertheless, Salman’s family refuted these claims, and
the apartment’s security personnel alerted the authorities, leading to her
detention. Police are probing into her background and verifying her statements.
Incident Two: Man Tries to Enter Premises Using Resident’s
Vehicle
A day earlier, on May 20, 23-year-old
Jitendra Kumar Singh from Chhattisgarh was caught attempting to enter the
building by hiding inside a resident’s car. Although security staff asked him
to leave initially, he returned later, successfully entered the building, and
was promptly taken into police custody. Singh confessed his intent was to meet
Salman Khan.
Security Measures Under Scrutiny and Ongoing Police Probe
Despite being provided Y+ category security
due to previous threats, Salman Khan’s residence at Galaxy Apartments showed
cracks in security protocols through these breaches. The actor’s family has
emphasized that no external visitors were permitted and is cooperating fully
with the investigation. Mumbai Police have registered separate FIRs for both
cases and are rigorously investigating the motives behind these unlawful
attempts to access Salman’s home.
These security lapses underscore the
continuous threat faced by celebrities and the importance of enhancing
protection systems to safeguard high-profile residences like Salman Khan’s
Galaxy Apartments.
