Speaking of helming the series on the Meow Meow Queen, which Baby Patankar was fondly known as, Sanjay said, “I have been waiting for the right material to come by. Crime being my forte and I enjoy the beat very much. Here is a story that deserves to be told in all its glory.” Baby Patankar was arrested after 120 kilos of MDMA was seized in her house. Her case was active till 2015. The series will go in floors in the next 6 months. Gupta’s production house is on the look out for a top OTT platform to premiere the series.
