The Dehradun International Film Festival (DIFF) is held every year in Dehradun in the capital of the most populated city of Uttarakhand. The mission behind holding the Film Festival is to bring the aspiring talents across Uttrakhand on one platform where the renowned fraternity of the film industry will have an open forum and opportunities for the film industries to boost their cinemas state wise.  

Dehradun the state in Uttrakhand has been so rich in its cultural heritage and has varied attractions to welcome the tourists from world wise.  The festival is said to not only bring the local talent but also the regional Film Producers and Directors of Bollywood and Hollywood simultaneously and thus bring a boost to the Uttrakhand tourism both at Domestic and at the International levels.

The core value of the Dehradun International Film Festival is the artistic excellence, the warmth, the creativity, the convenience and the economic responsibility.   It is noted for welcoming the musicians and the global audience . There will be concerts held, personal interaction with the artists and have an open rehearsal.    The guest of honour will be Himanshu Sharma, the social media influencer.

The 7th Dehradun International Film Festival is a much awaited three days’ event which will be held from 11th to 13th November 2022.
