Throwing light on local employment and youth empowerment, the Shikhar Pahariya Foundation, in association with the QJPR Group, is organising a Job Fair in Solapur on June 3, 2025, at Bharati Vidyapeeth (Abhijit Kadam Institute of Management and Social Sciences). The job fair is expected to attract over 5,000 job seekers and feature over 75 companies from various sectors, including IT, Automobile, Construction, Production, Education, Finance, Hospitality, and Sales & Marketing.

This job fair comes at no cost for participants, right from registration to job offer, the candidates will not be charged any fee or charges at any stage. Shikhar Pahariya Foundation and Veera Foundation have already approached colleges, universities, and training institutions across Solapur to raise awareness and participation among first-generation graduates and rural youth. Giving further ease to the candidates, the interviews will be conducted on-site so that they get easy access to employment without the hassle of travelling to multiple cities.
