Shruti Marathe To Play This Role In 'Sarsenapati Hambirrao'

The first look poster of Sarsenapati Hambirrao created a lot of buzz among fans, and now there is more exciting news about the upcoming Marathi period drama. Sangharsha Yatra actress Shruti Marathe will be soon seen in the movie playing  Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s eighth wife named Soyarabai Bhosale. She was the sister of Maratha army chief Hambirrao Mohite and mother of the Maratha warrior’s second son Rajaram Chhatrapati. The actress revealed about her character in a question and answer session with fans on social media.

 

Shruti Marathe was last seen in the 2018 release Shubh Lagna Savdhan, which was a Sameer Surve directorial. The film was a hit at the box office and fans are now looking forward to see the actress once again work her magic after two years on the big screen.
