Sonam Kapoor Furious At An Airline For Losing Her Luggage

Bollywood celebs are known to be jet setters, as they have to constantly travel for work and leisure. Recently actress Sonam Kapoor who is also a frequent voyager saw the worst nightmare a traveller can ever go through. She lost her luggage with a reputed airline for the second time in a row in a span of one month. She lashed out at the airline on her social media for all to read. It read, “This is the third time ive traveled @British_Airways this month and the second time they’ve lost my bags. I think I’ve learnt my lesson. I’m never flying @British_Airways again.” The airline was quick to reply and offer their apologies but the Zoya Factor actress was in no mood to entertain their promises.

 

Housefull 4 actress Pooja Hegde too shared her story of bag mismanagement by the airline and wrote, "Yup! They lost my bags too last month, and then had to courier it to me, seems like it’s a regular thing for them to do." That should make the airline do some serious thinking about their services.
