Sunny Deol To Play Lead In Hindi Remake Of Malayalam Hit Joseph

After a long hiatus, our original action hero Sunny Deol seems to be making a comeback of sorts this year. With multiple films lined up for release he is also signing some more. Just recently he announced him reprising his role in Gadar 2 and now he will be seen in a Malayalam remake. The Yamla Pagla Deewana actor will be seen in the Hindi remake of South film Joseph. He will play the role of a tough and quick witted cop Joju in the film. 

 

Joseph remake will be directed by south director M. Padmakumar, who helmed the original film too! Sunny is already a fan of the original film and is super thrilled to bring the Hindi version to his fans. Apart from this film, Deol will be seen in R Balki’s psychological thriller Chup and later in Anil Sharma’s Apne 2 also co-starring his son Karan Deol.
