Taapsee Pannu to play cricket team captain in ‘Shabaash Mithu’

There was a time when actress Taapsee Pannu was known to be a top South Indian actress. She crossed over to Bollywood a few years ago and has found a strong foothold with her impeccable acting capabilities and choice of movies. After hit movies like Mission Mangal and Saand Ki Aankh, Tapsee has signed up for another exciting movie titled Shabaash Mithu. The Game Over actress will play the role of women’s cricket team captain Mithali Raj. Today on the occasion of the captain’s birthday, the actress announced the exciting news to her fans. She also shared a few pictures with the captain cutting her birthday cake.

 

Taapsee Pannu has made a niche for herself into Bollywood in a very short span of time. She will next be seen in another sports film Rashmi Rocket and later in the social drama Thappad.
