Tahira Kashyap’s ‘Sharma Ji Ki Beti’ Will Not Have Madhuri Dixit

Ayushmann Khurrana’s wife Tahira Kashyap will now take on the role of a director with her debut feature film, ‘Sharma Ji Ki Beti’. The author who has written books like Souled Out and I Promise has previously directed a short film called ‘Toffee’ and is now ready to direct her full-fledged feature film.

 

Tahira, had earlier approached Kalank actress Madhuri Dixit, to play an important role but due to reasons best known to her she backed out. The rest of the cast too is still not confirmed. The author has been in the limelight recently for her battle with cancer and her bold photo-shoot post her surgery.
