Teaser Of Shantanu Maheshwari And Tanya Maniktala Starrer Sries 'Tooth Pari' Released
Netflix has announced a new web series on the occasion of World Oral Hygiene Day, titled Tooth Pari. The platform has also released the teaser of the show. This is a desi-style vampire love story. The series stars Shantanu Maheshwari and Tanya Maniktala in lead roles. In the teaser, Shantanu has been introduced as a dentist, whose clinic Tanya reaches. The series is being streamed on the platform on 20 April.
It is shown in the teaser that one of Tanya's teeth is broken. She reaches Shantanu's clinic. With forceps in hand, Shantanu gets Tanya's mouth open. Something stings his hand and a drop of blood falls into Tanya's mouth, after which a slight smile and expression of satisfaction emerge on her face. Netflix shared the teaser and wrote – We asked Rumi the vampire when would be a good time to visit a human dentist Roy on World Oral Hygiene Day, she said he has a toothache. We are with this bloody impossible love story to fill the cavities of our hearts. Tooth Pari - When Love Bites premieres on Netflix on April 20.

After this she wrote in PS – It is not me living in my twilight era. 'Tooth Pari' is a romantic comedy series created by Bengali director Pratim Dasgupta. The series will feature Revati, Sikandar Kher, Adil Hussain, Tilottama Shome, and Shashwat Chatterjee in lead roles.
Shantanu was earlier seen in Gangubai Kathiawadi opposite Alia Bhatt, which marks his film debut. In this film, he played the role of Gangubai's lover. Shantanu is a trending dancer and came into the limelight in 2017 after winning the eighth season of Fear Factor Khatron Ke Khiladi. Apart from many dance reality shows, Shantanu has also worked in serials. He made his debut in the web space with the series XXX in 2018. He was seen in the series Medically Yours in 2019.
At the same time, Tanya is very active in the OTT space. In 2020, Tanya was in the news for playing the lead role in Netflix's series A Suitable Boy. This was Ishaan Khatter's OTT debut.
