Thappad release date preponed

After gaining critical acclaim for the movie Mulk, director Anubhav Sinha and lead actress Taapsee Pannu will be reuniting for another hard hitting movie titled Thappad. The women centric movie was earlier slated to release on 6th March 2020, but now the makers have preponed its release to 28th February 2020. The Badla actress shared a BTS picture of herself in a white salwar suit and wrote, “#Thappad Reuniting with the man who has taken ‘reinventing’ to some other level.... @anubhavsinha, looking forward to showing you all on 28 Feb 2020. The film’s shooting recently wrapped up where the Mission Mangal actress expressed her gratitude to the makers and her journey through its making. Tapsee will next be seen in the sports drama Rashmi Rocket.
